In her day-to-day, she translates latest neuroscience and psychology research into strategies and training for organisations and their leaders. She is passionate about helping her clients create a brain- friendly workplaces, where every brain can flourish, innovate, and perform at its best!
Her clients include business leaders, entrepreneurs, management teams, L&D leaders, and HR Business Partners. From financial institutions to media companies, they all share the same goal – reshaping the world of work through a neuroscience lens.
Having worked for global institutions in Poland and the UK for over 15 years, she has a unique insight into challenges that many organisations currently face. She has a master’s degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King’s College London. She is an active member of Applied Neuroscience Association and her academic interests centre around the neurobiology of peak performance.
