Dominika is an expert in antidiscrimination law and policies. She is also a certified mediator specializing in DE&I conflicts and workplace negative behaviors.
For over 15 years, Dominika has been designing, consulting on, and implementing antidiscrimination, diversity, and inclusion strategies in international, intergovernmental, local, and city organizations. She served as a pre-accession advisor on combating discrimination in the Twinning Project “Strengthening Anti-Discrimination Policies,” as a Polish expert for a number of EU Community antidiscrimination programs, and as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Polish Labor Ministry during the European Year of Equal Opportunities for All.
Dominika also participated in drafting the “Model for Equal Treatment” for the City of Gdańsk, co-authored the strategy for diversity management for the City of Warsaw, and wrote the Polish “Program for Countering Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance,” which was later implemented at the state and local levels. Currently she is consulting for the team of experts drafting the antidiscrimination strategy for the City of Poznań.
Dominika is the founding member and leader of Divercity+. For over 10 years she has been cooperating with the largest business organizations in Poland, helping them design DE&I strategies and solutions and strengthening good employee relationships, organizational values, and culture processes. She also conducts preliminary investigations regarding mobbing, discrimination, and intraorganizational mediation.
