Ewa is an expert in D&I management, CSR policies, and employee volunteering. She is also a certified business trainer with multiple years of experience designing and conducting workshops on diversity management and sustainability and in facilitating social dialogue processes.
For many years, Ewa managed the Responsible Business Forum and the Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation. In the latter role, she administered the biggest employee volunteering program in Poland. As manager of the former, she coordinated the Polish Diversity Charter, signatories of which commit to non-discrimination in the workplace and to introducing policies that create and promote diversity. She also led the educational program that was designed to provide businesses with D&I training and tools.
For over three years, Ewa also served as a member of the EU Platform of Diversity Charters affiliated with the Directorate-General of the European Justice Commission. The Platform offers a place for existing European Diversity Charters to exchange and share their experiences and good practices.
She is an author of multiple publications about diversity management and employee volunteering. She is a graduate of Faculty of Polish Studies and Faculty of Management programs at the University of Warsaw.
