Agnieszka is an expert in design management, service design (especially social innovations and public services), and design thinking. She conducts design workshops and facilitates design projects and processes.
For the past 10 years she has served as a co-manager of the interdisciplinary project studio “Cooperativa studio,” which specializes in optimizing and managing service delivery processes and projects in organizations. She has cooperated with public institutions at the state and local levels, various organizations, and social innovators. She implements evidence-based participatory projects involving diverse groups of stakeholders. Her clients include Tatra National Park, the City of Warsaw, the Polish National School of Public Administration, Polish State Forests, and the European Solidarity Center.
In cooperation with the Educational Research Institute, Agnieszka has for over three years been coordinating and facilitating design thinking workshops dedicated to the implementation of the Integrated Qualifications Framework in Poland. This system also supports the lifelong learning process. In this capacity, Agnieszka has managed several dozen projects with various stakeholders and organizations.
Agnieszka is also an educator and shares her expertise by conducting training in the area of project management methodologies for both private and public entities. She has over 2,000 hours of training experience.
She is a graduate of the Institute of Social Policy at the University of Warsaw and the Service Design Program at the School of Form of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS University). She also studied History of Design at SWPS University and Total Design Management at the School of Business at the Warsaw University of Technology.
