Manager with many years of experience in corporate banking, in financing local government investments. Supports the structuring of investment projects using pro-ecological instruments, such as financing through the issuance of green bonds – cooperated on the first issue of green bonds for the local government in Poland (City of Łódź).

Co-author of the Year of Women – This is Your Time (Rok Kobiet – To jest Twój czas) initiative for women built on the idea of ​​mutual support, inspiration, sharing knowledge and experience, cooperates and works for the development and activity of Women’s Councils operating at local governments. Member of the team for Human Rights and Equal Treatment Team at the Union of Polish Cities, where she designed and co-conducted the first Polish comparative and functional analysis of Women’s Councils and Equal Treatment Councils in Polish local governments.

Designs and implements activities related to building DE&I strategies and action plans in the banking and financial sector, and develops educational DE&I tools for business.
