Mirella is an expert in CSR policies, diversity management, and public communication.
She is a co-founder of Cosmos for Girls Foundation, a former member of CSR Europe, and was a longtime CEO of Responsible Business Forum. As the latter, she was responsible for maintaining key stakeholder accounts and facilitating cooperation with The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), Global Compact, and GRI (Global Reporting Initiative). She initiated the Polish Diversity Charter and co-designed measures for its implementation and was responsible for cooperation of the signatories.
For four years, Mirella served as the spokesperson for Amnesty International Poland. She also designed and coordinated the “Democracy without Women is Half Democracy” program and initiated and acted as an ambassador or mentor for various initiatives aimed at elevating women and girls.
She has authored many articles and editorials. She also serves on various bodies and selection committees dedicated to communication and business social responsibility.
Mirella is also an educator, leading courses in the area of CSR and PR. She has several years of experience cooperating with businesses, governments, and non-governmental organizations.
